Psychotherapy

As an integrative trauma-informed therapist I specialize in Somatics and other mind-body healing traditions, rooted in decolonial liberation-centered care. I am dedicated to helping individuals reclaim their innate sense of belonging in a deeply fragmented world. I come from a place that deeply honors the wisdom and strengths you already carry, while also working with you to develop new resources for trauma healing and greater resilience.

Deeply shaped by mind-body healing traditions, I often combine therapeutic tools in conjunction with psychotherapy when there's interest. This combination often helps us shift from a purely mental place to a softer more embodied place where you can connect with what’s really true for you, with less struggle.

I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental and down-to-earth space where your whole self is honored.  My practice is informed by Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Somatic Experiencing, Buddhist wisdom traditions, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Attachment Theory.
